Denholtz Associates Completes Lease Expansion Agreement in South Brunswick, New Jersey

Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development company, recently completed a 6,225-square-foot lease expansion with Tris Pharma at Brunswick Business Park, located at 2031 Route 130 South in South Brunswick, NJ. This expansion brings Tris Pharma’s total amount of occupied space to 43,761-square-feet. David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction.

Built in phases between 1990 and 2000, Brunswick Business Park is comprised of two 62,700-square-foot single-story flex buildings, which sit in an attractive campus-like setting. Its amenities include 18-foot ceilings, tailboard and drive-in loading, as well as gas heating. Located on Route 130 at Georges Road, the complex is situated just five miles from Route 1 and Exit 8A on the New Jersey Turnpike, within close proximity to hotels, conference centers, restaurants, banks, and shopping malls.
