denholtz associates announces completion of 24,627 sf long-term lease renewal

at Fairfield business center

Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development company, has recently signed a 24,627-square-foot long-term lease renewal with Fujitsu General America, Inc. a worldwide leader in photography, videography, and related technology at Fairfield Business Center, 353C Route 46 West in Fairfield, New Jersey. Andy Schiffer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Steven Geltzeiler, director of leasing at Denholtz Associates, represented the landlord in this transaction.
