Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development company, has announced that GalaxE.Solutions, Inc., an IT solutions and consulting firm, has recently signed a 27,000 square-foot office lease renewal and expansion at 2 Executive Drive in Somerset, New Jersey.  Eric Ladden of Cornerstone Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
