Kristine Hurlbut oversees the leasing/legal department for her firm, in charge of coordinating all activities involved in the negotiating, tracking and executing of more than 1.5 million square feet with a value of more than $65 million in six states. She's active in various groups, including NJ-NAIOP and ICREW, recently serving on the latter's board
Key Issue: "Balancing work and family is an important issue facing women in all sectors of business. As a new mother, I am struggling to make sure that all of my obligations are met both at work and at home. When you look back at your life, you not only want to be proud of your accomplishments in your career, but also as a parent. I think this is true not only for women, but also for men."
